Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if:

The item received is damaged or defective.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return Request Period

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened food and beverage products.

Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened.

Items damaged due to misuse by the customer.
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Exchange Policy
