Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Request Period

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened food and beverage products.

  • Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened.

  • Items damaged due to misuse by the customer.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item if it is defective or damaged.
